describe the imageChad Keeling, R.N. represents all of the services Cooperative offers: Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Reduced Fee Program and Private Services.  He oversees South county as well as St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties.

describe the imageKen Schwartz, M.S.W. helps adult children caring for aging parents in West county and in Franklin county.  His social work training and experience enables him to accurately assess each client during their free assessment.  He also discusses all funding options with the client and family.  The end result?  An individualized, detailed care plan to meet your loved one's specific needs and budget.

Jen St. Vrain is our North county and Jefferson county Referral Specialist.

Kim Muhammad, M.B.A. has worked with Cooperative Home Care for over 17 years.  She oversees St. Louis city.  Kim knows how home care works and is able to get many families free home based care to meet their loved one's needs.
