Our Case Managers are our home care specialists.  While they each focus on a particular service, they also work as a team and assist one another to identify the right caregivers and to ensure your in-home assistance is meeting your needs.  These eight Case Managers create caring for aging parents across Missouri and in metro-east Illinois at our five local offices: St. Louis, St. Peters, Herculaneum, St. Clair and Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Meet Our Case Managers

100 1593Mary Allen is our dedicated St. Louis Private Services Case Manager. 

Nicol Joyce manages All-Staff Nursing (our healthcare staffing counterpart) in Fairview Heights, IL as well as Illinois Private Services.  In 2010, All-Staff earned official licensing as an Illinois Home Services and Home Nursing provider.

Nancy Wideman manages Department of Health and Senior Services ("DHSS"), Department of Mental Health ("DMH"), and Healthy Children and Youth ("HCY") clients in Franklin county.

Jennifer Lay oversees DHSS clients in St. Louis city and county.

Regina T.jpgRegina Tillmon oversees clients who receive combined DHSS and DMH services as well as HCY clients, in St. Louis city and county.
